SmileyCentral is the oldest and most well-known smiley software in existence today. Anyone can download it and use it with their favorite chat program, social site, or forum board. SmileyCentral claims they have no spyware, adware or any self-installing programs, which I do believe since I have installed the toolbar myself and haven’t encounted any issues to date. Additional Programs

In addition to receiving SmileyCentral, you will also receive a few other programs such as Screensavers, Cursor Mania, MyFunCards and PopSwatter (your typical popup blocker). Here’s what they do:

• Screensavers: Allows the ability to download cool screensavers.
• MyFunCards: Allows the ability to send eCards to your girlfriend, wife, father, mother etc.
• PopSwatter: A built-in pop-up blocker.
• Cursor Mania: Customize your desktop cursors. What’s a cursor? It’s that little pointer that you shows where your mouse is on the screen.
• Categorize Your Smileys: Users have the ability to categorize their smileys into 3 different folders so that they can easily cateogorize their favorite / most used emoticons.
• Seasonal Smileys: SmileyCentral won’t leave you in dark with seasonal smileys. They make a huge effort to release pretty neat seasonal smileys. For example, if you download the software, you will immediately have access to 2009 “new years” smileys.
